Kevin Titus Founder of D.E.O.A Inc. & Member of Steppin Back In Time
Kevin Titus is a man who wears many hats. Kevin started out acting back in the 1980s and founded D.E.O.A Inc which stands for Depression Era Outlaws Association Incorporation. Through this beginning he later had the opportunity to play roles in movies and eventually became a part of Steppin back In Time. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Titus and we all look forward to many more adventures.
Pictures below are of Mr. Titus in his earlier events. Be sure and check our other pages for current events .

Historical and Cultural Committee Begins Second Year
The Historical and Cultural Committee just celebrated its first anniversary
and what a year it was! Members were busy conducting oral histories from
residents, collecting photographs and organizing events.
The first Historical and Cultural Committee sponsored event was be held on
Saturday, September 10, on the front porch of the Raritan Library. We were proud
to have Kevin Titus portray President Warren G. Harding as he re-enacted the
signing of the Knox-Porter Resolution. The resolution was significant in that it
brought an official end to the United States’ involvement in World War I.
President Harding was visiting Joseph Frelinghuysen in Raritan when a courier
brought the resolution to be signed.
